The Drac Is Almost Here: Halloween 2009 With Cigars

Tatuaje Halloween Series Frank and Drac Cigars

Halloween is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with The Drac! Last year Pete Johnson of Tatuaje presented us with a stylized coffin consisting of 13 cigars called The Frank. With 666 boxes made, this was a limited treat.

This year we have two things to look forward to. First is the new series designed for this year: The Drac, a 6 3/4 x 52 Torpedo with a Habano Maduro wrapper. Nom.

Next, is a playful reminder of last year. The Frank will be making it’s appearance this year “out of costume” as The Boris, named after actor Boris Karloff. (We can be looking forward to The Bela (Bela Lugosi) making an appearance next year.) The Boris is a 7 x 49 Churchill with a Sumatra Ecuador Rosado wrapper.

The party starts soon, this Halloween! Cigars this fabulous deserve an equally great event to celebrate. For Santa Barbara Cigars Halloween event, a theme has already been discussed- Zombies! I’ve decided on my costume to be a zombie of a certain actress, and am looking forward to all the great costumes everyone come up with. It will be a night filled with cigars, costumes, and great conversations.

I’ll let you know more on this particular event as it becomes available.

Also, I want to thank Pete for sending me some killer swag! From t shirts to booty shorts, I am enjoying them all. It is no secret that tatuaje cigars are my favorites, and I am delighted to wear the name and designs. Style and cigars- love it.

  1. Bonsoir Teresa,
What a pleasent & enjoyable surprise to discover your site by chance.
It’s about time that a site like yours exists. A site that is not only one that simply
describes a cigar that has been smoked , ( which in itself is quit honerable) but
also puts some elegance and style in it’s conception. Traveling through your site
was like enjoying a glass of Champagne, sparkling & refreshing , but with a lot of
    core and passion.
I live in the south of France, in a small town that is surounded by vineyards, and
a passion for great wines & great cigars, I have been smoking Habanos for many
years, it is more then a passion ,it’s a lifestyle. From what I have seen , you seem
to be quit young and your passion for cigars is truly reflected and sensed on your site.
I would like to congratulate you on a great job but also on a well designed & great
looking site with interesting contents, where cigars are not only going up in smoke,
    but are the stars.
I wish you the best with your passion and quit confident that your tastes will naturally
lead you to the enjoyment and conplexity of a great Habanos.

    Amicalement,
    Guy Buscéma

  2. Thank you for the kind words, Guy. It is so wonderful to hear a shared appreciation and enthusiasm for cigars as a lifestyle. I am honored to have you on the site and delighted you are enjoying your time here.

The south of France is a beautiful place, and what a great lifestyle you have to be surrounded by vineyards with wines to enjoy as you smoke your cigars. Wine and cigars… they are the little luxuries that leave us with lasting memories and celebrate life’s greatness.
