When the occasion calls for it, I enjoy Macallan 18 paired with a 40th Anniversary Maduro . The two just marry so well together. Since both are quite expensive this doesn’t happen all the time. I have a couple of these sticks in aging and when I get the time to just relax this is what I smoke.

Terry, keep warm and enjoy your Padron! I adore scotch and am looking to do some fun pairings here soon.

John, I love Basil Hayden and hadn't thought of that combination. I can definitely see it working though, thank you for the recommendation; love it.

Adam, I am happy to hear there is at least that. It amazes me how in some places you cannot even smoke in the cigar shops..

Mike, I haven't had a bad Padron yet and that is a great price point with a lot of flavor. Honestly that is something I think of too when it comes to the 1964 Anniversary when you look at the other Anniversary Padrons. It is still on the higher end but much more affordable in that respect.

Matt, lol I also said the wrapper has a rough look to it. I kind of find that beautiful in a way, too, now... kind of like a broadleaf wrapper on a tatuaje, it's rough and ugly but man is it a beauty. So delicious! You are absolutely right too on the aesthetics, it is definitely there in flavor :)

The Padron '64s are fantastic smokes. I will disagree with you on one point, You said "Padron makes very beautiful cigars". I have never seen a Padron that I could call beautiful. At least not in the traditional sense. They are always very rough, rustic and sometimes down right ugly looking cigars. Even the really expensive 44s and 45s I've seen have been kind of homely looking if not just plain ugly.

They sure do taste good though. What they lack in aesthetics they make up for in flavor. ;)

Great video!! I really enjoy port with cigars as well. The Padron I smoke the most is the Natural Padron 3000 due to a better price point. I really must say that this is a wonderful selection that treated me well over years. Rich and flavorful at a good price! They aint pretty, but smoke awesome. The other top tear Padrons are indeed fantastic, I savor the moment once or twice a year. A definite coming Eastertide cigar! Good day to you, and thanks again for the video.

Teresa - There's 3 places I can think of off the top of my head. Other than that it's just smoke shops.

Padron is my all time favorite smoke. The anniversary is especially good. Although, I prefer scotch with mine. It's too cold in Minnesota to smoke outside but I've converted my 3 season into a man cave heated by a nice looking patio heater (made to look like a bar table instead of those silver ones).

Tonight (actually it will end up being tomorrow morning) I will enjoy a Padron 3000.

Long ashes to you!
