Bijou

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters

Stir all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a flamed orange zest.
