Adrian’s Costa Rican Cigars

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Michael Rosales of Adrian’s Costa Rican Cigars to discover the latest insights about these fabulous cigars during the latest event hosted at Cigar Emporium cigar shop in Houston. What a great time! And I always seem to be fortunate with luck every time I go.. in fact, at every event I have attended at Cigar Emporium, I’ve been a winner! It’s not planned, I promise, just a delightful surprise, wow.

Michael was kind enough to inform me about the inspiration behind his cigars, as well as what we can expect in the near future. This is a treat you will want to discover for yourself.

  1. Good stuff Teresa. It’s always rewarding to talk to people in cigar rolling. Granted I haven’t met too many of them, but everyone has been very generous thus far.

  2. I have already sported the T-shirt I won at this event. I never win anything! the luck’s finally rolling my way.

  3. I never win anything either, but it’s fun to try.. great coverage of this. I’m glad to see that someone is actually out and about learning and interviewing things that have to cigars. Some of these sites have really gone to crap, but I can always count on this blog for a good read.

  4. The luck is coming around- I know it! Thank you very much, I have found everyone in the cigar industry to be very welcoming and generous. I feel very fortunate to have met so many people and to have been invited to so many places- I want to share it all with you!

    xx

  5. One thing. I purchased several Adrian’s cigars at this event. The maduro wrapped ones were tasty and a good smoke, but the two I bought had very poor construction, as about halfway through the binder and wrapper would bubble and actually create a run so that the cigar ended up bent by about 20 degrees. Very disappointing as the flavor was good. However, their Conneticut wrapped cigar was very well put together and tasty and a nice burn through the whole cigar.

  6. Mr. Rosales,

You look great with the two lovely ladies! Your cigars are VERY good! I just purchased a box! See you when you come to do the Chicago cigar store tour! Love that hat!
