Brian McGee of CAO cigars is always a pleasure to see, and during his last event he introduced me to the La Traviata cigar.
This is a very full-bodied flavorful cigar with a great taste of pepper as you light the cigar and a rich cedar and leathery flavor with a slight sweet and creamy finish. Though intense with flavor, it is also very nicely balanced and round for a smooth smoking experience.
Brian also informs us of what to look forward to from CAO!

Full-bodied? Really? My memory must be lagging about the review I watched on Stogie Review. CAO’s Escaparate cigars are probably fantastic.

Looking forward to giving this CAO a try! Thanks.
I love this cigar. I bought 3 boxes at a special CAO event in Iowa in early October. The owner of the shop I frequent won the CAO La Traviata Sucker Punch Sally Chopper at the IPCPR show. Awesome bike, and an awesome cigar.
Awesome! And much agreed
PS: Adam, I would say it is leaning on the full-bodied side, definitely a robust flavor profile with a very intense but pleasant spice through the nose.
That’s good to hear. Just picked up a couple sticks today and can’t wait to smoke them.
